Accident Prevention Policy at MKS Marmara Port Facility: It has been especially made to prevent accidents and prevent harm to people and the environment. This policy is carried out in a way to ensure the highest level of life, property and environmental safety and within the principles stated below.

• In all activities carried out at the facility, first of all, preventing accidents completely or minimizing their risks is taken into consideration.
• Improving the environment and occupational safety is among our primary goals.
• It is not acceptable for our employees to be injured in work accidents or to be exposed to any negative effects; For this purpose, all our instructions and procedures are applicable and updated according to the emerging needs.
• Our priority is to take all kinds of precautions and necessary training activities to be safe and secure for our employees, customers, stakeholders and the environment in the ships arriving at the MKS Marmara Port Facility and in the working areas in our port facility.
• We follow a continuous development policy to implement the best technologies available to prevent accidents by incorporating them into the port facility infrastructure.
• By applying protective environmental policies, we give priority to conserving resources and minimizing the negative effects on the environment for our future.
• By putting the safety management system at the port facility, it is our priority to effectively identify the accident-events, root analysis, evaluation, and reflect the lessons and results obtained to the subsequent practices to prevent possible release of dangerous substances and accidents that may occur as a result of errors and procedures.
